If you are going to work with SNMP and want to use remote support, you can use a fixed IP or a dynamic DNS (this dynamic DNS has to be controlled from outside of LDSmonitor).
The idea is that if you want to address LDSmonitor from Internet, you have to make sure that you can address it, and you can do it by these two ways.
