Version 2.8.2 of LDSscoreboard software.

This version includes:

• Use of sirens. Now you can use:
  • a CH340 relay to make a 240 V siren sound,
  • or send an HTTP request to other systems.
  • or select an audio file to play it i your audio system.
• Minor improvements in UI
• Correction of a bug in the timer creation
