Welcome to the LDS Terms and Conditions. It is recommended that you print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

1. These terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the purchase of software and other products by you from www.largedisplaysolutions.com to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you place an order with us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Order process

Online orders

You will be able to check, correctly and modify your order until you make the payment, please check your order and your information carefully.
Before proceeding to make the checkout, with the corresponding payment, you will be requested to read and agree with these “Terms”.
After you make the payment, using PayPal to provide you the highest level of security, you will have an order tracking number and will receive an email confirming your order.
At this point, when you have the acquired software installed in the desired computer, you will get from the software an “Installation ID”, and will be requested a “Registration ID”. Please send the “Installation ID” to the Support Team and in one business day (generally in a matter of hours) you will receive the “Registration ID” to unlock your license.
This “Registration ID” will be valid for a period that will depend on the kind of license that you have acquired.

Prices and payments

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
The total cost of your order (including all tax) will be clearly stated on your Purchase page before you submit your order.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel having already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

Version upgrades

While the license are active our customers will have available always the latest version of the software without any additional cost. If the computer is connected to the Internet, the program, when it is started will check if there is any new license and, if it is the case, notify it to the user.

The version numeration is the following MajorVersion.MinorVersion (Build number). An increase in the build number only implies little corrections, improvements but not new features. An increase in the MinorVersion number implies new features added to the software. The MajorVersion number implies deeper changes in the system (this is not usual).

Support to our customers

The acquisition of a license includes the support service. This support service is provided via:
– Email.
– Via scheduled TeamViewer sessions.
Physical moving to the installation is not provided in the license cost. In case of needing it, please contact to us to know the conditions.
Our customers have an online training course available for free. In case of needing a personal training course, please contact the support team to know the conditions.

The Support Team will also take care of:

  • License acquisition,
  • Additional services request,
  • Order information and cancellation requests,
  • And any other questions that you may have.

Technical problems

Our software is intensively tested before being released, but errors may occur. In case you find an error in our product, please get in touch with us and report it. Generally, we will be able to offer you a solution to your problem. In case we detect an aspect to be corrected, depending on how critical the problem is we will introduce the correction in an immediate version, or the correction will appear in the next version upgrade.

Demonstration version

The Demonstration version (“Demo”) is a fully functional version of the system but with adverts or marks that are not likely to be used in a live event. The purpose of the Demo version is that you can try the product and be sure that it matches your needs before the acquisition.

Cancellations and returns.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the payment is made and in the case that you have not been provided a “Registration ID”. To cancel your order, please contact us via the Support Team.
